Pet Sitting is comparedable to the rest of the sitters, but i have a license, bonded and insured with great references, i am a small busienss that gives my clients great piece of mind that they know who is caring for their pets.

LEAVE YOUR DOG OR DOGS AT HOME, SAFE AND SOUND, HIRE US TO DO 30 MIN VISITS AS MANY TIMES A DAY AS YOU WANT, OR HIRE ME TO PRIVATELY BOARD YOUR DOG AT MY HOME. THIS IS FOR THE FUN, SOCIALABLE FRIENDLY DOG. FOR THE SAME PRICE AS A BOARDING FACILITY OR KENNEL YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DOG SAFE AND COMFORTABLE HERE AT MY HOME WITH A SMALL GROUP OF DOGS, ONLY THE BEST DOGS COME HERE.NO BAD BEHAVIORS OR UN-SOCIALIZED DOGS ARE ALLOWED. YOUR DOG WOULD HAVE 24 HOUR ROUND THE CLOCK CARE AND FUN.NO CAGING OR KENNELING HERE. THEY SLEEP ON THE BED OR COUCHES...ITS UP TO THEM. LIMITED SPACE IS AVAILABLE. A credit or debit card will be held in your file for anytime you want to use it to pay, or if you do not give me the proper time of cancellation, if you do then all monies will be returned to you or credited to your account and you can use at another time.This is up to you.

We take credit cards, cash or checks made out to Animal House Pet Sitters or Glenda Moyer. Payment is due at time of service.
24 hour notice on all cancellations a must
7 days notice on all major holidays
If you do not give appropriate notice,i will run your credit card that i will have on file for the 50% of your total amount to time booked. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT for you need to make sure you cancel within the allotted time. Things come up and i understand but if you let me know the night before you were to have me start your services and 7 days before a major holiday then you will not be deducted 50%.
RETURN EARLY?
If you return early your balance will be forfeited.
RETURNED CHECKS?
If there is a returned check then you will be charged a $25 returned check fee as well as the check amount. If there is 2 or more checks returned while using Animal House Pet Sitters I will not be unable to accept checks.
MY LIABILITY
Animal House Pet Sitters and Glenda Moyer, as well as, any person hired on by Animal House will work with great respect to the pet, show patience, skill and love. But if for some reason if your pet gets hurt or hurts others, then the owners of the pets take care of any vet bills. Both Animal House Pet Sitter nor any person working for Animal House are not responsible for any thing that may happen to your dog while being cared for by us, We will take all the proper precautions.
We can not stress enough that we only want to work with easy going, friendly and non aggressive dogs.You must bring your dog to me before your trip to meet and observe. We may or may not be able to take your dog, so please do a meet and greet with us with enough time to be able to set something else up, such as pet sitting or using another boarding facility.
